Blood fetishism

Blood fetishism or hematolagnia (also haemotolangia) may refer to

sexual interest or paraphilia for blood in clinical vampirism, or within BDSM or vampire lifestyle^[1]
belief within a society or culture that blood in itself (as a material substance) possesses powerful and magical properties^[2]
